Green Van Lines Moving Company - DallasReviews of greenvanlines.com

We were impressed with the professionalism and courteousness and helpfullness of the three men assigned to our move from storage to our new residence. The work was done well, quickly and cleanly. We highly recommend Green Van Lines Moving Company and will use them again when that time comes.

Thank you guys, you went the extra mile on this one. Me and my family appreciate you. I'll always recommend you to friends and family.

Misleading. Never given notice before the arrival of our belongings though it was promised. Crew was too few in number to move a dresser and didn’t have basic tools. Payment plan was never fully explained to us. Owner called nonstop demanding money while we were at the hospital though the situation was fully explained to him. Owner refused to pay for a hotel for his own crew. Tried to demand a signature on a document absolving the company of culpability for broken items - and several were broken

Truly terrible communication every step of the way. I was told I had a "2 week delivery guarantee". After 2 weeks of radio silence, I called dispatch and was told my stuff had not yet left my departing city. That was just the beginning of the breakdown. Once my stuff was handed over to the subcontractor out of New York City, the Green Van Lines team suddenly dropped me. They changed my delivery date several times, calling me late at night to tell me that the truck had broken down (though they were calling from the road, so that seems unlikely). When they finally arrived, they said they would only accept a money order or cash, even though my contract with GVL clearly stated that Zelle was the preferred method of payment. Then they refused to unload until management gave them the go-ahead. I had seen this particular snafu coming and tried for several days to contact Guy at Green Van Lines- to the tune of 6 unanswered voicemails and 2 emails. At one point, I re-dialed the number that had called me to say my delivery was canceled again, and the man said he didn't know who I was, even though HE had called ME. Absolutely massive mess, and a completely unprofessional lack of communication in every area. To top it all off, they broke my TV (which they had packed themselves). If you're thinking a professional mover will make your life easier- this one will not.

They were incredibly on top of it, very fairly priced, and extremely careful and efficient in the whole moving process. They arrived exactly when they said they would, wrapped all our furniture very carefully, and ensured everything was reassembled and exactly where we wanted it at the new house.

Everyone I worked with from scheduling to the actual moving day were fantastic. I had a quick turn-around time to find movers and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule with less than two days’ notice. The movers were very nice, and professional, all while moving incredible fast and carefully. This is my 3rd time moving with movers and these guys were definitely the best!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am not upset about the broken stuff. I even understand losing a few things. .....but please tell me how do you lose 55" tv's, Hugh Utility shelves, entertainment chairs etc. Then when you call the lady that takes your report is rude and mean and tells you how stupid you are I gave it a 1 star only because it would not let me give it 0 stars. Customer service.....is TERRIBLE 0 STARS PACKING ...GOOD EXCEPT WHAT THE STEAL( MISPLACE) Would hate to have anyone else go thru what we did....

Had a wonderful experience. Worked with Kevin who made sure that we were informed throughout the whole process and he couldn’t have been friendlier. Would highly recommend.
