Product was just what I wanted and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. That said, my only complaint is I wish there was more communication after the sale or at least a tracking number provided.

Excellent quality, excellent customer service. I had an issue after placing my order. I emailed the address provided. They responded within 24 hours, corrected my mistake and my order was received with no issues. The bathrobe is beautiful
