I made a return within the 30-day…
I made a return within the 30-day window of Grivet’s return policy, which I should have received a full refund. They only refunded me a fraction of the amount I was owed. When I contacted customer service they refused to help in any way. Bad, bad company and probably a SCAM.

Sent used dirty shoes
Order from thier Amazon store front. I was sent a used pair of shoes. They were damaged and smelt of foot odor. It was disgusting, and frustrating. Do not trust this seller
