Hi Andrea,
Thank you so much for sharing this.
We are genuinely pleased to hear that your sleep feels more restful and that you’re no longer waking with a sore neck. That tells us your cervical spine is likely sitting in a much healthier, more neutral position overnight. For a side sleeper, that’s absolutely key.
Regarding the snoring, it’s important to understand why a pillow can help but not always immediately. Snoring is usually linked to airway restriction. When the head and neck are properly aligned, the airway can open more naturally, which may reduce snoring over time. However, if snoring is influenced by factors such as nasal congestion, jaw position, tongue posture, weight, or sleep stage, a pillow alone may not completely resolve it.
In our experience, when alignment improves first, the body then gradually adapts. Muscles around the jaw, throat and neck begin to relax differently as your posture improves night after night. For some people, that change is noticeable quickly. For others, it takes a bit longer as the body settles into its new positioning.
You’ve already experienced reduced neck pain and better quality sleep, which is a strong sign that things are moving in the right direction. I’d suggest continuing with it for a few more weeks and monitoring whether the snoring changes gradually rather than expecting an overnight shift.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback.
Best,
