Growth is a difficult journey for start-ups, but for mid-market companies it’s an entirely different beast. As paradoxical as it sounds, as you grow and add more people in the organization, things don’t get easier. Growth increases complexity, it doesn’t reduce it. The data is clear. If you want to scale your company, your organization must be aligned with a mindset for growth. That’s what we provide you.At Growth Institute, you will get the best training resources specifically for mid-market companies to build the systems and processes you need to thrive. Today, learning doesn't cut it. You need the structure and support to implement and really build your business. Our online programs will help leaders like you stay ahead of the curve!

The live sessions, homework, tools, and supporting resources all made this course easy to understand. We were able to immediately implement the strategies and begin using the tools with our teams. The Scaling Up program provides structure, but is also flexible enough to make it relevant to our business.

Simply, this is some of the best training that I've ever attended.

Genuinely helpful course designed specifically for companies that are growing and scaling up. For the cost, this program has a huge ROI.

Excellent course and very informative and well presented. While the course provides great insights and practical advice to all, it is geared for involvement by CEOs/founders/full executive teams. The tools and materials provided also offer the ability to push down the learnings to teams and across companies. I would recommend this course for any company that is looking to grow exponentially and companies that struggle with prioritization.

The learnings from the coaches & fellow students has been immensely valuable. Both Herb & Zahir are experts at what they do and bring their experiences to life when explaining course sections. As there is much to absorb, a future enhancements may be to extend the length of the course and organize around development of the OPSP. yes, everything leads to the OPSP, but in learning new terms/ways of thinking, would be helpful to orient the information to the output. Thanks for everything, looking forward to bringing this to life at We Are Amnet!

I loved Scaling Up dearly. The opportunity to be in a course with like-minded people was amazing. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Xime for all her hard work and excellent communication skills! She was on the ball the entire time and we always felt that we could get a quick, reliable response. Talking to Herb, Daniel, Verne, Roberto, and Rick was an absolute treat. They provided insightful answers to all the questions I threw their way. If I were to change ANYTHING about this course, I would suggest reviewing some of the grammatical and spelling mistakes in some of the material. I would be more than happy to go through the course again and make notes of everything I find that needs revision. Sometimes it caused my OCD mind to have a difficult time grasping the information that was being presented.
