Jennifer Kusiak is excellent. She provides great customer service but more importantly, she has an excellent eye for aesthetics, color combos and choices. I highly recommend working with her.

Not good communication, I had to call multiple times asking when my tile would be in even though it was supposed to be in stock. You tried to charge me extra transfer fees because one tile was not in stock at local store. I now have way too much floor tile and barely had enough shower tile.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive good communication during your transaction. We try hard to set proper expectations on timing and availability during the entire process, but it seems we failed this time. Please give us another try to see if we can show you how good we can be.

The showroom is beautiful and full of ideas! Erin Maher was a great help to me during my two bathroom remodels. She was patient and professional and really listened to me. She presented unique tile combinations and made sure I had all the information I needed to proceed with my projects. I'll be back when I'm ready for a new kitchen floor!

Our experience was very pleasant. We were able to find the exact bathroom tile we were looking for. Carolyn was very helpful in finding the accessories and matching grout. All materials were ready when needed.
