Michelle was very helpful and friendly. She worked hard to find and obtain samples for us to review on multiple occasions. The good customer service is why we bought a lot of tile through them.

We are sorry to hear that you felt our product was overpriced. We spend a lot of time selecting first quality product to offer to our customers at a wide range of price categories. We hope you will try us again on the next project to see if we can meet your expectations better.
