The Samples were great, the woman that helped us was wonderful, and when we had to return some unopened tiles they were very helpful. All around great experience!

Excellent advice based on my wishes for the two areas to be tiled. Great follow-up as I made the final choices.

Maria was an excellent adviser to us. She was fully informed of all options and price points that were available and had a great amount of patience as well. We met with her from time to time over a course of several months (we were tiling 3 baths, a den and a laundry area). While she obviously had other customers and the store itself was often busy, she was always able to schedule a time for us to come in that worked for us.
