I tried to give it no stars, but there isn't an option. The service is awful. They have no follow up, no way out, and continue to charge fees after cancellations. The absolute worst 401K experience I've ever had.

My former company chose Guideline for our 401k. I wish they hadn't. It's been 6 months since I left the company and I requested a 401K transfer and I haven't been able to receive my money, even though their charged me over 40 USD for "distribution"!! At this point I start to question their legitimacy. For the past 6 months they have repeatedly claimed to have sent me a check. I have never received any of them. I have offered to pick the check in person, but they have refused. After 3 months of waiting for my checks (and contact them every few weeks asking on what the hell is going on) I moved to a new address. When I notified Guideline they said that I had to pay AGAIN because of the change of address. Now, 6 months later, they have offered me an "expedite delivery" if I pay another 50 USD (oh! they are willing to reduce the fee to 25! thank you -sarcasm-) . During this ordeal, my money hasn't grow, so I already lost lot of money, and on top they want to charge me. The nerve!
