Gunnar makes proper glasses-they fit well' they follow the prescription to the letter. The client is always kept in the loop from beginning to end with timely messages of what is going on. The cost is reasonable and the product is exceptional.

First, I would like to say that the customer service is pretty good, I would like to thank Terry for his constant communication and care for my issues, mostly for dealing with me and my lack of understanding in certain parts of the process. The shopping experience was okay, I ordered a pair of glasses and, unknowingly, there were two in my cart. Instead of the cart saying "Hey, your price is double what you're expecting" you find out later when you're putting in your payment options. Granted, the two frames in the cart was my fault, but the price said $250 (which was the starting price of the frames I chose) regardless. Also, a little more clarity on how long an order takes to be shipped would be great. I'm thinking 7-10 business days, but in reality it could take up to three weeks for your order to be processed and ready for shipping. Upon writing this review, I have not received my glasses, so I can't really speak much on the product itself, but I'm expecting those to come in tomorrow, after nearly a month after ordering them.

Sometimes our lab does have a delay, but our typical timeline is 2.5 weeks or so, we're working to make sure our lab manufacturing deadlines adhere to our projected time, but unfortunately on occasion, there are some unexpected delays. I was searching for Gunnar clip-ons, and received messages a couple of times telling me that they would be in stock soon. And they have been re-stocked. The process of ordering went wonderfully well - especially the part where I was shown how the clip-ons would look on my prescription computer glasses.

The company failed to meet delivery time twice. I placed my order on 05/14. The fulfillment was expected to be completed by 5/30. On 05/30, they promised a tracking number. It is 06/12, and I barely got my tracking number. I'm disappointed, and upset because I asked for a cancellation multiple times.

Hi Nelson, To clarify, your glasses were entered 5/16 and shipped to our warehouse on 5/25 for packaging. Unfortunately, there was a delay in arrival from 5/25 from 6/12 due to some issues in shipping. We do sincerely apologize, but unfortunately it was not within our control. I do hope you understand, we did meet our deadlines, but when instances of shipment cause delays, we try our best to have them arrive as possible for what is within our control. Best wishes, Terry

You should base your free shipping offer on the subtotal of the order, not after applied promo codes and discounts. Cost me another 9$ because I used the welcome code for signing up for emails.
