Awful shipping times. I was expecting 5-6 weeks, but it has already been past 6 weeks and my item is still in transit. Estimated to arrive in California in another two weeks and then god knows how long it will take to arrive to the east coast.

Waited six weeks but delivery never happened. Driver said it’s curbside. I live in a giant apartment building with hundreds of deliveries every day. Driver refused to take items off the palette. Doorman was available and we have a ground floor mail room. Now driver wants me to Zelle $158 to an unknown wallet. Skip the pain and buy on Amazon!

Extremely long shipping time. Which was expected as they are transparent with their use of freight shipping. My items are over 4 weeks past the estimated arrival time, and as of today the updated tracking information just says “Delivered”. Nothing had been delivered or received. Other people mentioned great communication but that’s not what I experienced. No updates were given to me unless I asked for them. And Im waiting to hear back on the status of my alleged “delivered” items that Ive waited months for.

Ordered shelves on 18 April 2025, received this week 2 Dec 25. After they delayed our order four times over the summer I told them to cancel, and here is the reply I got "Please allow us to check with the factory once more — often when we tell them that a client wishes to cancel, they are able to locate the delayed model." So you basically have to threaten to cancel for them to fulfill your order. Then on 21 September 25 we were informed that items had shipped, and they sent us a link to a cargo ship tracker, not a tracking number, etc. - a cargo ship tracker - it became a family joke to grab a glass of wine and see where our shelves were at - mid Pacific, Panama Canal, dodging a hurricane? The items finally landed in NY in early November and took another month to arrive at our house. All the instructions were in Chinese, not even an attempt to put them in English or give us a QR code to scan to get them in English. Yes and one item was completely damaged, not even going to try and return it. You have been warned if you buy from this company.

This order from April was the only case of such an extended delay in the entire history of our work, and we completely understand your frustration. Today our process is very different. For all current orders, we provide customers with an email update within 2–3 days after purchase, including the exact date the factory will ship the order. Delivery takes 5–6 weeks by sea, and more than 90% of all items are in stock at the factory and ready to ship immediately. If a specific model requires production time, we always offer customers the option to switch to a more expensive model at no extra charge. We offer factory-direct pricing from one of the largest solid wood furniture manufacturers in China, a company operating more than 1,300 physical stores and producing high-quality, 100% solid wood furniture across tens of thousands of SKUs. We are a U.S. company, and all purchases are protected under U.S. consumer law. Regarding tracking: because orders travel by sea freight, the first part of the tracking process is a vessel tracker until the shipment arrives in the customer’s country. After customs clearance, the tracking number becomes active with the local logistics provider for final delivery. All of our furniture arrives fully assembled, except for large wardrobes and beds. The bookcases in your order were delivered fully assembled and did not require assembly instructions. If any item arrives damaged, we always resolve the issue — either through a replacement or compensation. We never leave a customer without support. We sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service our customers receive today. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our processes.

I made two big purchases from this company. One arrived in great condition and with no hiccups, but the other was lost in transit for 8 months (despite their 5-6 week shipping guarantee) and then 1/3 parts was delivered to the wrong house. After a LOT of back and forth I had to make arrangements with that person to pick it up myself, and then when I got it, my item was missing instructions and parts to build it. I'm still in limbo right now fighting for a refund. The items are genuinely nice but the shipping times and customer service make me not recommend. You're better off buying cheaper somewhere else with customer service that actually cares

We would like to clarify the situation, as the delay and misdelivery were caused by circumstances outside of our control. Your original order was shipped correctly and on time from the factory, and all tracking updates throughout international transit were accurate. Unfortunately, the local carrier (UPS) mistakenly delivered the final package to the wrong address within the United States. This is an extremely rare UPS error that can happen with any shipment, regardless of the company, and UPS declined to retrieve and redeliver the package to the correct customer. To resolve this situation, we immediately sent a full replacement from the factory and also provided compensation. We always stand behind our products and support our customers, even in cases where the carrier has made a mistake. We are glad that you were satisfied with the quality of our furniture, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the UPS misdelivery. No business is fully protected from carrier errors, but we always do everything possible to take care of our customers and resolve any issue.

If you're willing to wait over 15 weeks and deal with your bank to dispute charges just to get them to ship your order, this company may be suitable for you. Additionally, when you wish to cancel your order, you might need to request it multiple times before they provide the option to cancel, after which communication may cease if you opt for cancellation rather than accepting a discount. I would never recommend ordering from their company. they pride themselves on 30-day returns but can barely respond once you make a decision in that regard.

We notified them of the delay in advance. Despite this, when their order was already shipped and loaded onto the vessel, they asked to cancel simply because they changed their mind. Once they confirmed they still wanted to cancel, we refunded their money the same day. We are a U.S.-based company, and all purchases are protected under U.S. consumer laws. Our furniture is made from 100% solid wood, sourced from the USA and Europe, and produced in the #1 factory in China, ensuring top-tier quality. Unlike mass-produced, low-quality furniture that ships quickly, our customers are willing to wait 5-6 weeks to receive handcrafted furniture that lasts for years, not months. We fulfill 95% of orders within our estimated delivery window and always inform customers if additional time is required. If you are looking for instant delivery, this may not be the right store for you. I ordered a shoe cabinet with GVA. It arrived completely dented and warped. The drawers don’t fit into the structure anymore and the one that does won’t close. So disappointed. I have contacted the company, but have not received any response, yet.

i didn't buy anything because i was suspicious of this website. I looked at the reviews for a product and they're all fake: same phrases, odd use of punctuation, props in the photo are all chinese products (even though reviewers all have USA flags beside them, indicating where it was shipped to) indicating photos were all taken in China. Also the floor in a lot of the photos is the SAME FLOOR.
