I had a hard time finding the store at first since they haven't updated the store location. Once I got there I was greeted with great customer service. They had a few things that I was looking for but a lot of things wasn't there that thought they would have. I gave it 3 stars because of lack of equipment. The lack of Sports training equipment.

To start off with, I just want to say that I think the in-store representatives and the delivery people were kind from start to finish. The problem I have is that (for my 2nd delivery in a row) there are problems with the actual delivery. This time they (1) forgot the dumbbells I ordered and came back later when I was not home to re-deliver them (my brother in-law happened to be at my house to drop something off so it happened to work out) and (2) the treadmill was not set up correctly. It was supposed to be set up so 4 users could use it, enter their weight, etc. The treadmill's console was not set up at all. Instead, I studied the manual trying to figure out why I couldn't set up the machine correctly. I then called the store and left a message. Vinny (or maybe spelled Vinnie) called me back and walked me through how to go into the configuration settings and fix what should have been done in the first place. As I said above, the customer service is great (my sales rep Evan and then later Vinnie) but the delivery and set up experience isn't acceptable when we're talking about $1000s of dollars.

I purchased a LeMond Revmaster Pro for my home and after some delays with delivery, the bike was assembled and delivered by guys that aren't knowledgeable in these bikes at all – the pedal straps were attached incorrectly, they could not answer some basic questions about how it was put together and left without leaving me the tools that came with the Pilot computer I bought with my order. Had to figure things out myself.

Had a small problem with initial setup. No reply at all from either your customer hot line or to an email sent. Finally got some help from the store we purchased the unit from. The problem was resolved quickly after that.

Sales person had lots of energy but was not familiar with the features. Was unable to produce a manual. Installed and screen non-functional. Had to call field service who simply re-seated a connector. Obviously intallers did not check out system functionality. This is not a cheap system and would have expected flawless installation.

Sales help on price reduction. Availability in store , not good. U need to lower shipping costs. Good quality.

To be honest super nice people and sales experience. Unit delivered with missing bolts for the arm of the unit. Would expect for $2k they would inspect unit before delivery. No big deal I went to Home Depot and bought bolts but honest feedback for customer experience, spend the time to inspect unit before delivery to avoid a surprise in front of customer. Put the poor delivery guys in a bad spot. Manufacturer omitted bolts not gym source. Update: thank you for the response Gym Source!

I bought two pieces of equipment from GYM SOURCE and found my store experience to be good. My sales person was very helpful and the delivery persons were champions as well. The unfortunate issue is that the most expensive piece that I bought was defective and I have had a less than satisfactory experience getting the machine serviced. I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of follow up from both the service department and the sales person. I called and emailed multiple times until I became indignant and then I got a response from the service folk. I have yet to hear from my sales person. Disappointing follow up in the after sales support department...it just should not be this hard especially when it is a brand new piece of equipment.
