I had my Facebook account hacked repeatedly over the past 2 weeks and it has been a complete nightmare recovering it only to be hacked again and again. Aaron at Hacked.com was able to completely secure my account and helped me add extra security features to ensure this doesn't happen again. I would recommend them for any cyber security needs. Thank you so much!!!!! -Taylor R

There are so many companies out there that claim to be able to help you to get your hacked accounts back. From my experience they have all be scams except for Hacked.com. My Facebook account was hacked three times. After the each of the first two times, Meta swore my account was as secure as possible, but I got hacked again. After the third time, Meta wouldn't help me get my account back. Responses from Meta were worthless. I couldn't get anyone on a call. I run a marketing agency that runs ads on Meta for our clients, I was shut out from our business manager and my employees had limited access. THANK GOD! I found Hacked. They were able to help me get my account back in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. With ZERO help from Meta, Hacked got me back into my account. They walked through every step of the process and every avenue to get my account back. They were so helpful and responsive at every step of the process telling me exactly what to say to whom to get the job done. After I got my account back they helped me to lock it down. They showed me several things that Meta NEVER mentioned that could have been security issues. My highest possible recommendation for Hacked.com.

Greg helped me get back my personal FB account from hackers, which also got me back into my Meta Business Manager and Ad Accounts. I highly recommend this service. I was hacked in July of 2023. They changed the email and removed the phone number attached to my FB account. They were using my ad account. Meta shut down the ad account and I was able to reach Meta Support through email (because otherwise they communicate through Messenger, which I couldn't get into). They kept telling me they had fixed the business accounts, but no one could help me get my login reset on the personal account. So I had no way to get in. I tried with several different reps over 7 months. They kept sending me to the "My account was hacked" self service link that FB has, but I just went in circles because my only option was to send a verification code to the hacker's email address. I tried to upload identification, but that didn't work either. Finally, I gave Hacked.com a try. I was skeptical, but it had good reviews. So I paid for a 50 minute call. It was absolutely worth it. Greg was super knowledgeable and professional, and just a friendly guy. He knew all the ins and outs, even with all the updates Meta makes constantly. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do. Because my account was disabled, my best option was to reach out to my state representatives. Greg wrote the emails and gave me instructions on what to expect. It took my reps about 2 months to get back my account, and I had to follow up with them a couple times, but it worked! In all it took 9 months, my congressman's office, and my senator's office to get the Meta liaison to reset my account. I'm back in and very happy. I recommend scheduling a call because every situation is slightly different. They'll know your best options.

Aaron helped me access and secure my Facebook account, quickly and was very patient. I feel relived as I found the hacking very upsetting, many memories that could have been lost 😞. Highly recommend Hacked.com

Aaron helped me log back into Facebook when my account was temporarily locked for absolutely no reason I could discern. It didn't take long to get back in, so while he was with me he looked over the security features and made some suggestions. He did the same with my email account. I was concerned my Facebook had been hacked and was putting everyone in my friends list at risk. $40 to find out that all was well was money well spent!

Aaron made me feel at ease right from the start. He was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. He was patient and offered help in a very clear and easy to understand way. I hope I never need them again but if I do this will be my first choice for help. 5 stars for sure!
