Best money spent on a 50 minute consultation with Greg today to regain my INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT! Those terrible hackers changed my handle and posted all kinds of awful things on my page and bombarded ALL of my contacts with Phishing messages via IG messenger, Facebook Messenger and SMS. It's OVER! Greg calmly took me through all the steps to kick them out and regain my original IG handle and remove the posts. He also made sure my account was truly safe now and also my linked Facebook page! Don't hesitate to arrange a zoom if you ever get HACKED!!!!

Christain helped me to retrieve my face book account after it had been hacked. I was sure there would be no way for me to regain access but Christian was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The experience has reminded me to be more thorough with my social media and passwords. Thank you Christian!

Greg was excellent to work with. We were able to initiate a process with Facebook to retrieve my account after it had been hijacked. After my FB acount was restored, I am glad I kept my second session with Greg, because we discovered some Ad charges the had made. He also helped me clean up the settings to help avoid a future hacking, 100% recommend.

Dear Mr. Goldman, I appreciate your feedback, although I must express my disappointment in the sentiments conveyed in your review. We at Hacked.com prioritize our clients' concerns, dedicating significant time and resources to resolve every case to the best of our ability. In your specific case, we communicated extensively and worked diligently to assist in retrieving your hacked Facebook account, following our standard protocol for such situations. We provided the contracted services for which you paid a fee of 95 USD, and subsequently, in the spirit of fairness and considering the circumstances, we made a discretionary decision to refund 50% of this amount. This decision was not due to any shortcoming on our part, but rather as a gesture of goodwill and an understanding of your situation. Your characterization of our efforts as inadequate is, from our perspective, an unjust appraisal of our commitment and the quality of service we strive to offer. It is essential that we clarify this for the sake of upholding our reputation and setting an accurate expectation for current and future clients. Wishing you all the best for the future. Best regards, Jonas Borchgevink Founder of Hacked.com

What a professional company and Aaron was very helpful, patient, and thorough. He solved my problems and I would've never figured out how to do it. He saved me. Please don't hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed!

I have been a month locked out of my Facebook account in a very complicated case where my hacker added his email as primary, and I decided to invest in a $80 - 50 min consultation. My rep, Christian Erickson, was kind, understanding and very helpful. I was skeptical at the beginning because I thought they might be another scam, but they are really lifesavers. Thank you again for the peace of mind and help me secure my account.
