Dear Jess Nicole Morris,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
First, we want to clarify that we have not received a request for a refund. We encourage Brandon to contact us directly to discuss any issues he encountered. We are committed to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services.
Regarding our pricing, we charge $99 per hour for booked sessions, which is entirely voluntary. We also offer a comprehensive recovery package for businesses, which includes the entire recovery process for a single fee. The claim that thousands of dollars were spent on our services is not accurate, as we do not have any package or service that could result in such a high cost.
While we strive to provide the best service possible, it's important to note that the process of recovering a hacked business account can be complex and subject to the actions of third parties, such as Meta (formerly Facebook). We do have a team member who previously worked at Meta, and we follow Meta’s guidelines strictly to secure and recover accounts. While it may seem that the steps we take can be done independently, many clients find value in our expertise, which helps them avoid common pitfalls and save time.
We would like to investigate your case further and ensure that we’ve done everything possible to assist. Please have Brandon forward the details of his case to me directly at [email protected].
We also encourage clients to leave reviews based on their own experiences to comply with Trustpilot's guidelines.
Thank you for your time, and we look forward to resolving this matter.
Best regards,
Jonas Borchgrevink
