Hackguard.com found an issue that had been on a website that a couple of other security companies had missed. Hackrepair.com quickly cleaned the site, and requested for the blacklistings to be removed. Hackrepair was great to work with.

My web designer recommended Jim to me when my site was hacked. I called and he was on it, diagnosing the problem in seconds, literally. He then got to work and within 2 and a half hours the site was clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jim again.

We've used Jim four or five times now - always good, always efficient - each and every time. Thanks!

Before even discussing fees, Jim took plenty of time to diagnosis my IT issues and discuss a strategy to rectify the problems. Ultimately he presented an extremely fair invoice and went to work instantly. I felt as though I was the center of his attention throughout the entire repair process. Jim did not stop with what I explained my problem to be but also investigated my other web properties and brought to light that I had been infiltrated on other sites as well. Because of his proactive approach, I was fortunate to have just one site exploited. I can not say enough good things about Jim. He is professional, honest, fair, thorough and now . . my IT man! Jim...You are the BEST

Thanks to Jim for his incredible work in getting our sites back online in record time. We were the victims of defacing via a dodgy script online and Jim managed to find the problem, isolate and get it back online in just a few hours. He also made some great recommendations on site security moving forward and was also willing to help move our sites to a new server and make sure everything runs smooth. During the repair, he kept in contact via several emails to confirm what stage he was at. The value in his service is incredible. A small fee to pay to get your brand and presence back online. Thanks once again!

I have great web design guys. They were baffled by the viruses on my websites and couldn't fix the problem after many attempts. They referred me to hackrepair.com. Amazing response/results/value/communication. Made bad go away!!!
