Half Price PackagingReviews of halfpricepackaging.com

I had the pleasure of communicating with Ethan McKenzie, who was genuinely helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to offer thoughtful recommendations based on my project. The company is doing a great job with communication, transparency, and offering practical solutions. Although I ultimately decided to pause production until the timing is better aligned with my business needs, my experience throughout the consultation and development process was excellent. I would feel comfortable reconnecting with Ethan and the team when I'm ready to move forward with production.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Liz Merritt at Half Price Packaging! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire design process. I had several ideas and revisions along the way, and she always took the time to listen to my feedback and make sure every detail was just right. Liz was so easy to work with, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to make adjustments until I was completely happy with the designs. The final labels turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with them! Thank you so much, Liz, for all of your help and patience throughout this process. I highly recommend Half Price Packaging, and Liz Merritt in particular, to anyone looking for great customer service and beautiful custom packaging! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing experience working with Half Price Packaging on the custom soap packaging for Haus of Hadi. The quality of the finished boxes truly exceeded my expectations. The packaging feels premium, looks beautifully made, and brought the vision for my brand to life exactly how I hoped. What stood out just as much as the quality was the exceptional customer service. From the initial development process through production and final delivery, their team was responsive, helpful, and attentive every step of the way. I always felt informed throughout the process, and they made sure the final product met my expectations. I’m extremely pleased with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Half Price Packaging to other small businesses and brands looking for high-quality custom packaging and great customer service. I look forward to working with them again for future packaging needs!

I have been receiving emails for quite sometime from this company, and I decided to reach out using the form on their website. When I received the call from one of their specialists, he was very rude. When I needed him to hold for a moment while I gathered the exact dimensions and I gave them to him. I told him that I wanted to know if they had a catalog to review all the different box types they offered, he said that he would only be able to provide me with images of whatever box I was interested in. That's not very helpful, if I am not sure. I did attached a image to the form when I submitted, and he said that he didn't see that on the form, nor how many pieces I wanted to get a quote for. I was surprised by this, because everything was attached when I submitted the form. Then when he was giving me his email so I could email him the image, I couldn't quite hear him and when I read back his email to him, he said, "No, that's not right. I was just reading you back my first name, it's not part of the rest of the email." At that point, I knew that it wasn't going to be worth having this person take care of getting be a quote when they were not so kind or patient on the phone. I told him that I am not looking to move forward with this, and he hung up the phone. It was a horrible experience. I get there can be miscommunication, but for this being the first impression a business owners receives that leaves a bad impression. Update as of August 12, 2026: The team immediately followed up with me and let me know that they listened to the call and completely understood and agreed with what I shared in my review. This helped to renew my faith in the company. I will continue to check out their page, and I am satisfied that they took action so quickly. Thank you!

This was my first time having custom packaging made, and Half Price Packaging made a great first impression. Fred Weick was incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept communication clear from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification, he was responsive, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. The finished cookie boxes came out fantastic and matched what I was hoping to achieve for my business. The quality of the packaging and the overall experience gave me a lot of confidence in working with them again. I’m really happy I chose Half Price Packaging for my first custom order, and they’ll definitely be one of the first places I turn to when I need more packaging in the future. Great service, great communication, and a great final product!

Hi, We have worked with Half Price Packaging for the first order of one of our new brands. The quality of the boxes is exactly what we were looking for. Tom White, who was our Key Account Manager, provided an excellent service. We will be working with them in the future for sure.

Loving the results of the packaging. The team was also very easy to work with and helped out a lot with questions and fine tuning my design.

Sarah Anne, from Half Price Packaging has been excellent help getting M2SKIN’s packaging project from concept to reality. Not only are they fast, but the final box quality is very high end and perfect for the professional look M2SKIN aims for. Looking forward to a long term relationship together. Mike M2SKIN
