Our two poodles love Halo. They can freely roam our 5 acre property and don’t follow passing animals beyond the set boundaries! We are in a rural area with limited options and it works great! When we did have issues I was able to quickly connect with Noah via their in app customer support line and quickly get the issue resolved. Five stars for pet safety and excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely LOVE the Halo Collar! It is easy to set boundaries and even easier to turn the fences on and off when you take your pup for a ride. Just don't forget!! Our dog learned boundaries very quickly with the collar and it is a relief to know we can locate her without needing to be personally in close proximity to her. Because it uses GPS we don't have to worry about it losing connection, depending on WiFi, or our phones to locate her. Ricky W in Customer Service was fantastic when an internal screw snapped off and worked to get us a repair kit quickly.

We have had several issues with the GPS levels and giving feedback when it shouldn’t, but customer service has always been great to deal with when I do need to call. I like the idea of the overall product, if you can actually get it to work like it should. Hopefully ours will be finally functioning properly and we don’t have any more issues with it.

She understood the situation and quickly resolved the issue.

Customer Service with this company is OUTSTANDING!! One of our collars quit working after 3 years when the sound grill came off. They sent us out the newest version at no charge due to the defect of the grill coming off. (I didn't get the name of that representative that helped us, but he was fantastic!) The new collar has a magnetic charger and we are not set up for that and the leads are bigger. Called back and got help from Anissa. Again, FANTASTIC customer service. She set us up with a new charging set AND new leads at no charge. I can't say enough good about this company and their product!

I was surprised when I called for some support and got a live person in under 30 seconds. Anissa walked me through an issue we were having with our GPS setup. She was super helpful, caring and knowledgeable. What a nice feeling to know you can get help from a real person. This company is doing it right! :)

DO NOT BUY!!!! The collar was not right for my dog's intense prey drive. I returned the collar on March 4, 2024. As of today, June 24, 2024, I still have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have been contacting customer support for months with ZERO RESULTS. No call backs from managers, just customer service reps who very nicely tell me they will escalate the issue and nothing ever happens. This item is way too expensive for this type of treatment. Maybe they are just hoping I'll go away and forget about the $700 they owe me???? UPDATE: After posting this review and filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally got a response and they refunded my money.
