I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service I've gotten from Halo. I bought both my collars used and when both of them had problems they took care of me even though I was out of my warranty period. Not only that, but they were friendly and patient and hardworking to try to come up with solutions with any little thing that I've had. It's just been a great experience.

We have really enjoyed our halo collar. It has been very useful when our dog likes to chase deer and we can find her easily. If there was one drawback it would be that it has to be recharged every night. We’ve had one problem with it where the collar wouldn’t take a charge And Jacqueline walked me through the process to try to get it to reboot, but we were unsuccessful. She put in for replacement collar and it’s on the way. She was very helpful. I should’ve called her first. The training was good but it takes a while to complete

Thank you Halo collar! I recently learned that my collar had an issue and the collar itself not only informed me, but the company arranged for a quick replacement. The new collar works perfectly!! I am grateful for the speed and ease of the support in working through any technical issue. This collar is truly a live saver for me and my dog (who loves to be outside but will chase cars, bikes and walkers at any opportunity).

Quick and simple warranty process

Excellent service at always from Halo, Noah S. was able to quickly resolve the issue. Halo stands by their products and customers.

Great customer service. Our halo collar gave a warning on my phone app about the LTE chip and to contact support. So did that and it went to a "dog park" session which didn't seem to work for some reason. Got a call from Darrel a few minutes later who apologized for the delay (their were some technical issues) he saw the warning from the collar on his side, reset it but told me it will continue to have issues so he walked me through submitting request for a warranty replacement. We have had the collar for almost three years now with no issues and it was out of warranty. Cannot complain about that!

The product works great. Love how you can take it anywhere and it's easy to set up. Only issue I find is the charging port is open to the elements on the collar which has caused issues with it getting dirt and crud. Also the collar usually only last the day but definitely a great product. The customer service when contacting the company was great and very easy to help solve all of my needs.
