Hi Techno, We take fraud prevention and community security very seriously. Additional account verification such as phone or document checks is only triggered when automated systems detect significant policy violations. In your case, this included using VPNs/proxies and clear discrepancies between your survey profile, IP country, and phone details. As outlined in our Terms of Service (https://halos.gg/tos), using tools to alter your location or identity is strictly prohibited. We require verification to protect legitimate users and keep the platform fair for everyone completing offers genuinely. — The Halos.gg Team
