We had a good customer experience always
We consistently have a great customer experience and truly appreciate Chris Small and Laura Atkinson’s dedication to providing parts in a timely manner. The only area for improvement would be receiving shipping charges more promptly — it would be helpful not to have to request them multiple times. If this process could be streamlined and happen automatically, we would gladly rate the Hamilton Team a solid 5 stars every time. Sincerely, Josh Bacus
