They do not answer phone calls
They do not answer phone calls. Customer service is like AI. Big disconnect between their campaigns and what really the customer receives.

Hammitt Shipping time is ridiculous
Hammitt Shipping time is ridiculous. I’m trying to cancel my order because it’s says it’s ready to ship but still hasn’t. They have my money and I have no bag!
