Everything good except I wrongly presumed that the “gift set” would come in a box for gift giving. I ordered 20 of them and had to package them all up myself. I’d recommend you consider gift boxes for gift giving. Thanks!

I love buying "giving" gifts and the product is fine but 3 out of 4 hand soap pumps are nonfunctioning! I had intended them as stocking stuffers.

The soap itself is very nice. I was disappointed in two things, however. First, when it was advertised as a 5 piece gift set, I assumed (my bad) that it would be packaged in some attractive form as a gift, such as shrink wrapped or in a cardboard container. However it just came loose in a shipping box, individually wrapped in rough brown paper. Secondly, a couple of the bottles had small dents in them, so that marred the appearance. I wasn't able to give them as gifts.

I think it’s great you donated but, I got ripped off on the scrub. It only half full! How can you do this? The fragrance is nice... but, I probably won’t re order it again.

In addition, we do leave a little bit of extra room in the tube due to the nature of the formula for shaking before use as instructed on the directions. I really love the products and their mission, but I felt like the sugar scrub and lotions that I received did not seem full. It was disappointing to see that after only one use the tubes seemed about half full. Love the smell of sea salt!!!

All of our products are measured by the ounce, so rest assured that your 6 oz sugar scrub contains 6 oz of product. You may have noticed that there is some air within the tubes. This is totally normal! All of our products need this cushion of air in order for the product to get out of the tube easily, so that it is right there when you need it! wholesale ordering experience is not fully engineered or as well developed as well as other retailers and its makes it a bit more time consuming to order. Also, the 40% off rate for wholesalers is the lowest our company has ever encountered. This makes it very hard to mark up appropriately, therefore leaving us with a smaller profit margin that any other give back brand we have ever worked with. I love the product and the cause, but the last order may have very well been my last order b/c we cant pay the bills with 40% profit margin. Also, I can't afford to mark the items on sale like I do with my other brands from time to time to draw customers to sales b/c of the 40% margin. The brand really should offer 50% off retail as every other retailer (including the give back brands) does.
