The condos are pretty good! The instructions on one was hella SUS and wild but we got there in the end. My biggest issue was when I tagged the company in a cute instagram story of my cat on her new condo, an AI system immediately responded asking how it could help. A human wouldve known it was just hype but it was really off putting and it followed up in a gross way that a human wouldn’t have done.

I ordered several items for my Dogs over the past few years and it shipped quickly and the products have all been fantastic and still in use daily. Items are well made and well priced.

The cat tree I got had a board that was drilled incorrectly and couldn't lock to the main board because of this. Contacted customer support and they told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that I need to do it again which I have put together countless trees. Just received the mushroom bed they had, the top is at least twice the weight as the base and it has no structure so it doesn't even hold itself up and just collapsed. I feel like I absolutely wasted my money purchasing here. Also they delete legitimate reviews I have left on the site about the issues I had with the products. That's sketchy. You really shouldn't do that.

Regarding the incorrectly drilled board on the cat tree, since we only received some photos just show the board, which didn’t clearly show the specific issue, and no detailed video, our customer service team likely needed more information to better assist you. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. For the mushroom bed, it is normal for the product to appear slightly collapsed due to vacuum packaging and compression during shipping. You can fluff the bed by hand or fill it with items to help it regain its shape. It should return to normal after a few days. If you encounter any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for further assistance. Very small cat tree, not supportive enough. Also don’t buy on deals because you can’t return or get a refund after purchasing. Very disappointing

If you feel that the tree is not supportive enough, there may be something wrong. To identify the problem correctly, could you please ensure that all screws are correctly installed and tightened? Placed an order. Chased it up as it was a birthday gift for my young daughter. Waited 6 weeks and chased it up again to be told it had been cancelled and refunded. Very disappointed 11 year old who was checking the post daily. Will never order through this company again.
