Pierre my agent was able to cancel a…
Pierre my agent was able to cancel a 4th order of happy head. Unfortunately, it does not appear to be working for me. Great customer service though.

Just a reminder that consistent use (twice daily) over a period of up to 6 months is generally necessary to see any type of results, and although it can be hard, patience is key to hair growth! A lot of these reviews are about Customer Service and more I’m not interested in that right now. I want to find out if the product works. Again does it work? That’s the most important thing too of course getting the product delivered is important I know.!!

its almost 6 month now that i been…
its almost 6 month now that i been using happy head. Like in 3rd month i seen my hair was growing good but now i am still using that but my new hair that start growing they fell down again and looks like i need to change the formula because my head start bald again and its more visible then before.

The product is great But poor customer service
The product is great. I have used minoxidil for years and find this solution much more effective. However, the customer service is not very good to the point of being poor. They use a lot of AI, which is very frustrating and just a big waste of time. They also have terrible follow through by email and you don’t know whether you’re dealing with AI or a human. I have been waiting for an order of the product for over 18 days and have followed up no less than a dozen times. they respond with just very vague statements that gives you no information whatsoever. It is extremely frustrating and very poor service CSR. Too bad a great product is being held back by terrible customer service.

I've been using topical…
I've been using topical finasteride/minoxidil for 5 months now and seen very little growth, if any.

Sometimes Finasteride might not be strong enough to combat some patient's hair loss and that's why we offer Dutasteride, as it is the stronger version of Finasteride and a great option if you've noticed a plateau or lack of results! Like your previous medication, the new one will take time but as long as you stay consistent then you should see more results than before! Fuller hair,but
I have been using the topical solution for 6 months now.My hair is fuller,but still have a massive baldspot.I believe it's filling in a little,just not as much as I expected.i used Rogaine for 1 month,then switched to happy head.i actually just switched to the topical duetastride(sp).I will continue use for 1 full year.If the bald spot does not go away,it will be much cheaper to shave my head

Hi John! Like all other hair medicine, Happy Head does require consistent use (2x per day, morning and night) and may take up to 6 months to see any type of results. Just remember that the key is consistency and making sure to stick to a routine! We've been very successful in helping regrow hair stronger and thicker than before, roughly 83% of our patients see results!
