Customer service agent Jim assisted me with an issue that I thought had been resolved and took care of the remaining order and the charge of the new formula which I was told would not occur as I was recently received an old formula that I can no longer take due to medical issues! However an additional formula had already shipped out and I was charged for it when a previous agent informed me I would not be charged for for any of the new formula. Jim was courteous and assisted me with getting one of my formulas processed as it was still on pause!

I very much liked Happy Head and loved my results. What I never got used to was applying it. Too much here and not enough over there using the dropper and fingertips. It would be nice if there was a better way to apply the product to scalp more evenly. Also…Shout out to Brian in customer service!⭐️

Their customer service through their contact chat was just wonderful. Raven helped me more than I thought possible. Basically silly me messed up my initial order. Raven was able to work through connecting with my doctor, getting the correct prescription, and figuring out payment, and even attempted to expedite shipping for me. Seriously just a wonderful service and a huge relief.

I was very happy with the quick resolution of my issue and the knowledge of the representative. I was not happy though that when I had decided to try another product for free because I had issues with the first one, I was not told that if I wasn’t happy with the second produce I wouldnt get my money back. That Information should be disclosed at the time you are deciding.

This morning I talked with Vill who helped me end my subscription.. I only wanted a one time delivery of product to see if it helped and unfortunately it didn’t but Vill was very helpful in ending my subscription. I’ll keep using product and maybe it will work o er time . I hate subscriptions so Vill was very helpful.

Customer Service Agent named Lord was great. He provided assistance due to the Happy Head website sending multiple errors when trying to update payment information manually. Lord gets five stars — the only reason this review is four stars is because Happy Head needs to remedy their website issues. Thank you. 🙏🏼
