The response to my order was very FAST. I had the product within 3 BUSINESS days. I have only had the product for about a week so I can not claim any MIRACLE Hair growth but I feel like I am really going to appreciate the benefits. It may take me a little longer to get the full benefits but that is OKAY for me. Thank YOU ALL very much!

5 stars for excellent customer service. Happy Head is a leader in the industry in providing a rare gift of customer service that truly serves the customer. Unfortunately, I had to deal with customer service on several occasions due to Happy Head sending orders never asked for, such as Dusteride being sent to me when I never asked for that formula. Sending spirolatone only after I insisted on a formula that has been tested for females. Sending a micro dermablade after I had cancelled it. Sending an order of spirolaction when I had put a hold on the subscription. Once a day application works for me. Which means I don't need the product monthly. Also, side effects of the were not clearly listed. Dutesteride produced amazing hair growth for me. But it has many side effects, for me it was severe anxiety, men can have even worse side effects. A link should be provided listing known side effects, As for customer service, they refunded the money for the product they sent me, they we very gracious and elegant in their response to make sure I was happy and would stay as a customer. Because of this I will continue a customer.

My reason for the inquiry was that subscribers could not make any changes upon notification of an order being in the processing phase. I was advised that subscribers cannot make changes once the subscription enters the processing phase. Changes have to be made at least three days before the processing phase. One would think subscribers would be notified prior to this phase so they could make changes. My recommendation is that the notifications be programmed to notify subscribers five days before entering the programming phase with a memo to subscribers that they have 48 hours to make any changes!

I had a great experience with happy head. Not because of the product. I actually canceled the product because I misunderstood the formulation. It was completely my fault, but my experience with them was great because when I called the cancel D'yala, my rep, give me absolutely No problems. There was no hedging arguing trying to upsell down cell. She made a couple suggestions. That weren't right for me but it was all under the understanding that you may cancel if you wish. I knew that from the first second of the phone call, she just went over different options with me to see if I Have any interest in staying? Which in the end I did not but still part of trust pilot, is knowing that if a product isn't for you, you can cancel or return it m with this company you can bravo.

Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service person (She gets 5 stars). However, Happy Head return policy is not world class. I suggest Happy Head sending a heads-up email a few days before subscription orders are processed. This would allow customers to adjust their orders. I didn’t intend to make this purchase and now have to return it to get a refund, which is a hassle and costs both me and Happy Head money.

Customer service is the best. Not sold on the product as I appear to be stuck in a 6 month shedding period. So overall 4 stars.
