Hi Mason,
We’re sorry to hear that you remain disappointed with your experience, and we understand your concerns regarding the time and effort you’ve spent on your G70.
We would like to clarify a few details regarding your order and warranty coverage.
Your order was placed on July 25, 2025, with a 1-year warranty period, which has now expired. During the active warranty period, we previously provided replacement spare parts for the E3 error, including a replacement controller and sensor, at our expense.
Please also note that our warranty covers defective spare parts, but does not cover labor or installation charges. Therefore, the 108 hours of labor you mentioned are not covered under our warranty.
We understand that having to spend time and money maintaining the bike has been frustrating. However, as the warranty period has now expired, we are unfortunately unable to provide further free replacement parts or a free motor/wheel assembly under warranty.
If you are experiencing a new issue and need a replacement part, you are welcome to contact our support team. We can help identify the appropriate part and provide you with the available purchase options.
We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope this clarification helps explain our position regarding the warranty and the assistance previously provided.
