Hi Olver, We are very sorry that the long wait and changing timelines overshadowed so much of your experience with us. Each piece is made individually and passes through several hands-on stages, from selecting and preparing the timber to joinery, finishing, curing and final quality checks. Occasionally, a stage takes longer than planned or needs to be repeated to ensure the finished piece meets our standards. We understand, however, that this does not make the uncertainty any less frustrating. We are very pleased that you are so happy with the finished furniture and that the delivery itself was handled professionally. Thank you for your patience throughout the process. We hope you enjoy your new pieces for many years to come. Warm regards, The Hardman Team

Hi Mila, Thank you for such a thoughtful review. A custom piece of this scale requires a great deal of trust, and we are genuinely grateful for yours. We know the production issue and subsequent rebuild asked for more patience than you should have needed to give. Once the problem was identified, however, remaking the desk properly was the only outcome we could accept, so it means a great deal to know the result justified the wait. Furniture like this needs to do more than look beautiful, so hearing that your desk brings pleasure to your working day is especially rewarding. Iryna will be especially touched by your words, and we will make sure our craftspeople see them too. We would be delighted to create something for you again in the future. Warm regards, The Hardman Team
