Bad customer support policy
We received the closet rods with our order but not the rod support brackets and center brackets. We informed customer support and they informed us that we could not receive replacements since we did not notify them within 7 days of receiving the rods. Bogus.

Thank you Stephen. We are sorry you did not see the stickers and shipper on the box. You waited 2 months to get a hold of us. We do not think 7 days to inspect your package is unreasonable. We have the policy in place since as part of the anodizing process new shipments could have a slight color difference. After 2 months, items could differ from your original order. We did offer you a coupon and am glad you took us up on it.

Thank you Rich for your service review. There are still companies out here that care about giving fair prices, a good product with a quick processing time.
