Fantastic customer service
By mistake, I was sent the wrong hat, and mistakes can happen. I called up the Hatpublic customer service and they immediately told me there would be no problem in getting a refund. They were fantastic and I got the refund back within two hours. Mistakes happen as I said, but these guys were great. I will shop with them again.
