I submitted 7 custom designs and they were able to create the designs, even without a PNG file. They kept in contact via messaging and provided me with photos of each patch being produced for review. They even offered recommendations for the designs (ex: embroidery, woven, etc..) to ensure it has the best look. They were friendly and responded to messages regularly. Once the patches were completed, shipping was fast.
