Not bad, not great
5 hour flight, no legroom, no entertainment devices, delayed takeoff, just an all around bad experience

Not a bad airline
Not a bad airline! The WiFi and food on board were great, I was expecting a little more however, considering I was flying first class.

Hawaiian airlines is great except for…
Hawaiian airlines is great except for one thing. I cannot believe that they take 1 to 2 weeks to credit you back your miles after a cancellation. This would be ok if we were back in 1990 but everything is electronic now days and no excuse for them to sit on your miles for that length of time
