Always seems to be an issue at time of order renewal, needed CMN, etc. When I contain HCD, representative states they are going to handle it. This happens with more than one representative.

I received all the items I ordered and the package was delivered when Home Care Delivered said it would be.

I had to call numerous times about my urology supplies. They were three weeks behind. They kept saying it was “in review.” I have had my medical condition for six years. HCD was never in any hurry to help expedite things. Very disappointed. BTW, the supplies never came.
