Home Care Delivered provided advance notice of a shipment date for my supplies and had them on my fron door two days after that date.

Every time it can due to update physicians notes and medical records submission had to be submitted several times before it was approved. This was not an isolated incident it was every time update it was needed. Either they couldn’t read the fax it wasn’t sent to the right facts there was several reasons that caused me to be delayed with my shipments. Finally my doctor told me he would no longer send information to Homr Care delivered and I changed and went to Advance Diabetes supply.

The service is great but the product is trash every other one rips half the time if it doesn't rip when I put them on they tear off before he using them I wish they go back to the last brand that stretch better

I'm contact by email, text, and called to reorder my supplies. The staff are always polite, kind, and answer any questions that I may have.
