I have had a very good experience. I received my medical supplies on time every month. There’s only been a couple times in the last couple years that someone might’ve stole my package outside or they forgot my overnight bag, but other than that it’s been great.

Dislike that they stopped sending the diapers my child needs. The cheap.ones they sending don't work good at all.

Horrible experience. Called multiple times to get my items the right thing an they kept making me get paperwork that ive already tookrn care of. After I talked to someone an they confirmed the right thing I still received the wrong items. This has happened multiple times.. very frustrating
