Part of my son’s shippment was destroyed and i reached out to them twice about and got no response.

We have been ordering our son's diabetes supplies from HCD for almost 5 years now and they have been great to work with! Easy to contact and quick to fix any issues.

The experience starts with a wonderful person called Trish she's polite knows each of her clients has a short chat with them to make them feel like they're a human being and then takes the order and within 3 days you usually receive it what better could you ask for thank you Trish

Wasn't thrilled with the hard time we got when transitioning from another DME to you guys. Then since you guys use cheaper product it was hard to fine a facsimile that could work as well as the previous products.
