It's a simple procedure, and the simplicity of not having to call and wait for a representative to answer the phone is ideal I have had to speak to a representative on occasion, and they are always pleasant, helpful, and their attempts to resolve "problems" are quick and appreciated. Orders are delivered "on time".

Order pllacement is easy thank you. One change would be around holidays, my order was shipping on July 3rd, i was very close ot being out asked to ship earlier and was told that couldn't happen?
