Easy ordering fast shipping

always on time with correct order

My 13 y/o was completely out of diapers when I called on Thursday they said I needed ins approval for over night. Ins was closed that day but called asap on the Friday we call together they did not need the ins. But that I needed to talk to a team lead that wouldn't be in until 1. They would have them call me! I called back at 130 because I had not received a called talked to a mother person that said just they just needed to send an email to the shipping department. I get a call at 530 on that Friday told them what was goin on and she 1st said they couldn't do it cause it was to early. I again told her I had already talked to ins and it was ok. Then she told me they couldn't ship them out over night because the over night had already been sent off for the day. So my son had to go without diapers because the team lead on a power trip refused to help me.

Great service no complaints at all

it would be better for me if you would make deliveries sooner then what they are now. I often run out of sensors and transmitters mid order. Right now I am down because my transmitter is not working and I recently changed it. What do I do about this?

I've had a great experience with home care delivered. I love that it is easy to reorder the supplies and everything is always delivered when they say it would be. The packaging is always neat and has everything I need. Thank you.

I’ve enjoyed working with you guys

very good service
