Honestly the most disrespectful customer service I've ever dealt with and I can not get them to send me the correct catheters and will be going to a new company. If I can't get my other supplies I will be going to another company as well.

It has been a pleasure using HCD. The ordering process is simple and I have always received shipments in a timely manner. Whenever an issue came up the representatives would immediately research and resolve it. I am very satisfied with their service!
