Very good service

Service was quick, efficient, professional. We were in Germany for 3 years and it was such a hassle getting ostomy supplies. So glad to be back in the US and getting my supplies from Home Care Delivered again!

Home Care Delivered is very good about knowing when your supplies may be running low. They notify you and give you the option of ordering them or waiting a couple of weeks at which time they will ask you again if you need to place an order. When you need an urgent order they will ship it right away and will have it at your door in no time. My only negative about the company is about their notification by text program. I’ve signed up at least three times but still haven’t received text notifications from them. That though is a minor issue. I highly recommend them for your home care supply needs.

I appreciate the text and phone call reminders. I order online and the process is simple. Our items are delivered in a timely manner.

I like the service however I get confused when it says it's being delivered but then it isn't actually shipped out till maybe almost a week later ship it when you say your shipping it
