The individual I support and who wears the disposable underwear stated, "I hate these things!". It appears that the underwear is too rough and may be too tight. I attempted to apply for a larger size but was told I needed the doctor's order for the larger size. This is a long process, and it is not finished after many weeks. I give up!

Very dependable. The schedule date of delivery is always sent ahead letting you know when to expect your items. Any changes in my order is always taken care of in a professional manner.

Delivery has always been correct and arrived in a timely manner. (They switched to a different delivery service and orders always took an extra day with them. They have now returned to their previous service and everything arrives faster!) Everyone at HCD is always polite and helpful. I've been a customer for 15+ years and will stay as long as possible!

Efficient and convenient

The products are great. This time when I ordered the package was delivered directly to my door. For many years it was delivered by FedEx, they just drop the package anywhere that is convenient for them. UPS cares about their customers and delivers directly to my door.

They deliver quickly and communicate very well.
