Awesome time Great service

I resorted to this method of ordering after many aggravating attempts to order through HDIS.com. I got so tired of "losing" all my input when I tried to check out, of being frustrated trying to use the "cart" to place an order, only to be unable to correctly get the merchandise transferred to an "on order" status. I even had trouble trying to find products I'd ordered many times before on the "old" website. AND when I'd had a service representative help me the first time I tried the new site, she mis-typed my Email address, and like evil mushrooms the typo flew around the internet - I'm still trying to correct that snafu.
