Shipping is much slower than expected other than that I do like having the delivery of these needed items. Thank you!

How can I rate anything until I have received it . I ordered it seven days ago and have not heard if it has been shipped or not. Virginia Denny

I really don't have a problem ordering from HDIS. My one negative is that is seems like as soon as I have ordered something, immediately after I receive a coupon by email, that cannot be used retroactively on the order I just made.

I have attempted to contact you by email but you refuse to accept my telephone number, 760-704-1230 as valid. Why?

I ordered Attends bed pads. The product I received has no identification anywhere on the pad. The pads are the correct size. I’m just concerned that I didn’t get the Attends brand.
