GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCTS
HDIS is good to deal with. Their reps explain different products when I have issues with something. They send me 2 free samples when I think one product is no longer beneficial to me.

overzealous contact
This service is supposed to be discreet. I received numerous e-mail and snail-mail advertisements and questionnaires. These are hardly discrete. If I have a complaint I will let you know. If you do not hear from me I am satisfied. And quit overloading me with catalogues that just get recucled without opening. If I want something I will sign into the computer and order it. Thank you. Worked for what we needed.
We got what we needed and it worked. The only thing that I didn't get was a confirmation email or a email to say it was shipped.
