The order takes to long to reach us! Quailty of products good! Diapers did not really show how they worked until I took them out of the package

Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful and courteous. They have made viable suggestions for the products I needed. The web site is easy to use if you pay attention (some things are not intuitively obvious on the first use). Products arrive at my home in Texas usually within a week using regular shipping. Packages are generic and the contents are not obvious.

Excellent product, excellent service. Tranquility is the best overnight incontinence product we could find. Product holds all the liquid without and leakage. Night clothes and bedding are dry in the morning.

Orderd HDIS variety packs in different sizes. That helped me narrow it down to a final 3 types/sizes. My HDIS rep then sent me samples of those diapers to assist in my final selection. When I was ready to place my final order I did so online. The process was simple. I used the least expensive shipping method the week of Christmas and my package was still delivered in 3 to 4 days.
