This company delivers what they promise; they deliver on time and their prices are extremely competitive. Their customer service associates are very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. All in all it's a great purchase site and I will continue to use HDIS.

AGAIN, I am responding in regard to the service/delivery time. From the day I placed my order (11/27) it took 15 days to receive it. I received the order today (12/12). Is this the standard now?

Janis, thank you for letting us know that it took a very long time to receive your order. This is definitely not the standard. A customer care representative will give you a call. We apologize for this inconvenience.
