I recently purchased a mini cycle exersiser to help me lose weight. I have severe stenosis of the spine and walking is very difficult. with my mini cycle I can get and do the needed excersize I need. I have had the cycle for about a month. I have used it every day 8 minutes in the morning and again 8 minutes at night and have lost 7 pounds so far. I consider HDIS an exceptional company excellant employees always helpful excellant products always delivered on time. I would recommend HDIS to all my friends for there incontenance needs as well as many other fine priducts Thank you HDIS Pastor Pete Nahodyl
