Your shipment came on time, in a label free container as promised. This was my first and I will be back. Until it came time to post my review and was unable to do it! What happened?

online ordering from web site was quick and easy. catalog descriptions and details were very helpful. I found prices were better for products needed cant beat FREE SHIPPING ! order arrived on time as promised and all was good. will be using this company again and again in the future

Service is really good convenient and economical But the web site needs work. When I change my auto shipment plan I need web site confirmation that shows when my new orders will be shipped and where. I could not find that on the web page and had to call.

Excellent selection of products, but ordered merchandise early on a Tuesday and didn't receive them till Friday afternoon. A little slower than other online merchants, prices are comparable.

Product is excellent. Shipping time is excellent. Customer service is excellent. Shipping.... not so good. Product comes in two large boxes. HDIS bands the two boxes together to make one shipment. Bands usually break during shipment losing the box that has no label. Claims with carrier always finds second lost box because box does have very distinctive markings ("L3" and large bright green stripes) on sides.
