The pillow I ordered is the most uncomfortable pillow I ever tried. I'm sorry it's not returnable, even Goodwill does not take pillows. Bad pillow.

I was looking for a pillow that would allow me to sleep on my side. I found it! This pillow is high enough to give room for my shoulder and yet cradle my head when lying on either side. I sleep better and my arm doesn't fall asleep or ache when I awake.

First night sleeping on this new pillow and I had to switch it out after a very short time. It is hard and uncomfortable. The square in the middle is like laying on a rock - it's torture. I was contacted by HDIS and they were very sympathetic to my review and have offered a discount on the product that I purchased. Thank you HDIS
